I like your instruments very much. The only downside is the tuning wrench. A properly fitting wrench would be very helpful. If you were to use standard “zither” pins, the correct wrench would be very available. When I get time I want to show a video demonstration of your instruments to my customers.

Just wanted to let you know I’ve received my gusli, and I must say it’s made quite a good impression! The the construction, though quite a bit lighter than I was expecting, seems quite solid, the tone is lovely, and the grey-brown colour (which I was somewhat worried over having forgotten to specify) lends it a fine aesthetic.
The only thing left to ask is how to tune it properly.

Thank you for instrument. It arrived in postage yesterday. The Kantele even was perfectly in tune when I opened the box. It is of good quality, the one I bought. You are talented workers. Best regards from Norway

Thank you for the beautiful kanklės I received all the way to New York, USA. I have been playing your instrument for two months now, and it sounds great! It keeps tuning well, the sound is deep and vibrant. The instrument looks very beautiful and resembles the traditional old kanklės that ancient Lithuanians used to play back in XV century and after. I am very happy to be able to play your instrument here, in the melting pot of cultures, and represent Lithuanian culture in New York City. Thank you!
